One of the biggest non-Grand Slam events of the year, the ATP Miami Open, is currently taking place in Miami, Florida.

With a total financial commitment of over $7 million, the ATP Miami Open is one of the biggest events of the year outside of the Grand Slams. Throw in a liberal dosage of sun and the close proximity to the upcoming Grand Slam events, and you have one of the most popular stops on the tour.

It shouldn't surprise you to learn that Novak Djokovic, who is fresh off of wins at the Australian Open and BNP Paribas Open, is the favourite to win the ATP Miami Open. Djokovic, who currently has more than double the points of his next closest rival, Milos Raonic, is looking like he is going to set the tennis world on fire once again this year. With names like Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal all advancing in age, there is seemingly nobody left on the tour who can stop Djokovic. Given his level of dominance so far this year, there is already talk of a possible Grand Slam for Djokovic.

As mentioned, Djokovic is a substantial favourite to win in Miami - here are the betting odds for the remaining players in the tournament:

Novak Djokovic, 4/9
Andy Murray, 9/2
Milos Raonic, 14/1
Kei Nishikori, 20/1
David Goffin, 33/1
Gilles Simon, 33/1
Tomas Berdych, 40/1
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, 50/1
Roberto Bautista-Agut, 66/1
Dominic Thiem, 80/1
Grigor Dimitrov, 80/1
Gaels Monfils, 100/1
Andrey Kuznetsov, 100/1
Ricard Gasquet, 100/1
Jack Sock, 100/1
Pablo Cuevas, 500/1

While the likes of Andy Murray and Milos Raonic are certainly talented players, they have both shown practically no ability to get past the #1 player in the world, Novak Djokovic.

With Djokovic currently playing at such a high level, it seems hard to imagine that he will drop a set in this tournament, let alone an entire match.
