Andy Murray, fresh off of the biggest win of his career at Wimbledon, will look to continue the momentum to the 2013 US Open in August.

The event, which will take place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center of the Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York, will run from August 26th to September 9th.

Andy Murray, who defeated Novak Djokovic in a thriller to win the title last year, has opened as the favourite to win this year's tournament. Murray is the hottest player in tennis right now and will be looking to continue that momentum in New York.

A number of very strong players, including Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, will be looking to dethrone Murray. The general consensus is that Djokovic has, by far, the best chance of beating Murray, and the odds certainly reflect that.

Let's start by looking at the odds for Murray and Djokovic to win:

Murray, 2.50
Djokovic, 2.62

So, if you decided to put down $100 on each player, you could potentially win:

Murray, $150
Djokovic, $162

So, if you put money on both Djokovic and Murray, you would turn a profit if either player won.

What about Nadal and Federer? Here are their odds:

Rafael Nadal, 7.00
Roger Federer, 10.00

Both Nadal and Federer were bounced early from Wimbledon. Can either one turn things around and make a deep run at the US Open?

Some of the other odds that you may be interested in:

Juan Martin Del Potro, 10.00
Tomas Berdych, 34.00
David Ferrer, 41.00

Most people expect that this will be a two horse race between Murray and Djokovic.
